Our retreats are rest and recovery programmes, not medical treatments. Please speak with your physician before booking if you manage a health condition.

Retreat groups are capped at 12 guests, so the same small team that leads the weeks also answers booking questions. Write, call, or visit the Lviv office and we will reply in the order enquiries arrive.
