2. Pre-contract information
Before booking we disclose each retreat's characteristics, price, payment schedule, cancellation and refund rules and complaint procedure (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023). Advertising avoids misleading medical claims or guaranteed results (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996).
3. Booking, packages and payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive your request and the stated deposit; the balance is due before the start date. Package inclusions, exclusions and duration appear on each retreat page; extra fees are disclosed before payment. Prices include taxes payable by us; we are a single tax payer, VAT is optional.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in writing to contact@rivonixet.com. Refunds go to the original payment method: full, less unrecoverable third-party costs, if you cancel more than 30 days before the start date; 50% for 14–30 days; none within 14 days. If we cancel, you receive a full refund. Travel services follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995.
5. Liability, insurance and complaints
We are liable for direct losses caused by our fault within the limits of the law, and not for events beyond our reasonable control. We recommend travel and medical insurance. Complaints go to contact@rivonixet.com; we reply within 30 days, and you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or use alternative dispute resolution.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under your consent and contract performance (Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" dated 1 June 2010). Cookies need prior informed consent, except necessary technical storage (Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" dated 16 December 2020).
