Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We share data with payment, booking, IT and hosting providers, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Inquiry data: up to 12 months after resolution. Booking and tax records: as Ukrainian law requires.
